Each member has the right to participate to Modena’s Confindustria choices through roles and functions regulated by the charter. Each entrepreneur has the opportunity to make his membership real through his personal commitment.

Districts
To identify territory problems and to co-operate with local institutions, Modena’s Confindustria has subdivided Modena’s territory into five districts: Modena, Carpi, Mirandola, Pedemontano Est (East) and Pedemontano Ovest (West) each one managed by a delegate.

Products sections
Besides Modena’s Confindustria institutional organizations, there are specific operating sections. They’re constituted by entrepreneurs carrying out study activities, analysis and research on fundamental aspects for firms growth. Sections  correspond roughly to the subdivision per type of activity of Confindustria’s member firms.

The sections are:

Engineering industry;

Food ;

Transports, Logistics, Packaging;

Textile-Clothing;

Chemistry;

Private health service;

Various industries;

Plastics;

Bio medicals;

Graphics, Publishing, Paper industry;

Tertiary;

ICT - Information communication Technology.

We have to add ceramic tiles and building companies to these sections. Each section is managed by an entrepreneur of that sector.
